'93 Cannondale M700 mtb frame- $50 or best offer. Build up a bombproof single speed.

MAKE ME AN OFFER- I've had all this up for $50.

I live in Berea, work in Richmond, make it to Lex every now & then.

pics out on:

This is the same frame + fork as the legendary "Beast of the East" M800, it just came with LX components instead of XT. Frame and fork are structurally sound, but are scratched up pretty good. Detachable derailleur hanger is in great shape- replaced it just a few rides before I stripped the bike down. Includes headset that has some life left in it (headset + fork are threaded). Also have 1 1/4 threaded headset.

Includes Richey stem, bottom bracket (a UN-72 I think), old LX front derailleur, old elastomer shocks- lots of other parts. If you buy this frame you will take home several boxes of parts + wheels. The wife is tired of living amongst bike parts.

Pics are terrible- I will take more and send to anyone interested- not trying to hide scratched-up-edness!

You'll also see several wheels that are in decent shape- they'll go with the frame, along with 2 sets of 26" slicks and a few other old tires- all tires have age on them but are definitely usable. One rear wheel has a 7speed casette, the other just a freewheel hub. One front wheel is in good shape, the other is taco'ed.

hey tom, what's the size of that frame? if it is anywhere close to fitting someone between 5'6" and 5'9" (18" to 21" down the seat tube), I might like to take a little closer look. thanks so much.
